What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?

We have a 7 days, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchange:
Please select the new item first. Our rider will come to your doorstep to collect the item you want to exchange and hand over the new one selected by you.

*Please note that all Exchange and Return MUST be requested within 7 days of purchase

What is your Shipping Policy?

*The delivery charges are Rs.250/-. All orders are handled within two to three business days.

*On weekends or holidays, orders are not sent or delivered. Shipments may be delayed by a few days if we are experiencing many orders. Please allow for extra travel days for delivery.

*We will notify you by email or phone if there will be a major delay in the dispatch of your item.
