What is your Exchange Policy?

Items purchased from our online store can be exchanged for which you can contact our customer services, (via phone call, WhatsApp, email, Instagram, FB) WEAVE WARDROBE allows its customers to exchange the purchased items subject to conditions. The exchange of item will be allowed if:

  • The customer has submitted a request for exchange (via email, phone call, SMS or WhatsApp) within 48 working hours of delivery of the purchased item;
  • The customer in his/her request for exchange has stated the reason(s) why he/she wishes to exchange the item;
  • The item is in its original packing and the tag is intact.
  • It has no emits, odors, perfume scents, stains or anything which suggests the item was used or washed.
  • If an item bought on regular price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at sale price.
  • No refund claim over exchange can be made on discounted/sale products.
  • Company’s decisions on claim and exchange will be considered as final.
  • Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
  • The customer will be responsible for bearing the cost of transportation involved in exchange & return case.

Exchange charges are Rs. 500/- (Includes pick up – Returned Item & delivery – Requested Item). However, you can get free exchange from our warehouse.All claims will be entertained in 15 days’ time from the date of request received. WEAVE WARDROBE strictly follows ‘NO refund’ policy. The option of cashback is not available. The Exchange Policy will be applicable once the customer has placed the order and has received the parcel or payment has been processed.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Weave Wardrobe believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

HOW TO REQUEST FOR AN ORDER CANCELLATION?

To request for an order cancellation please email us the order # with product name, and issue at cs@weavewardrobe.comand our customer care agent will get in contact with you.

Alternatively you can WhatsApp us on+92 300 1228575fromMonday to Saturdaybetween10:00 am - 6:00 pm(Pakistan Standard Time).

You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the product has been shipped, you will receive the tracking information and our"Exchange Policy"will apply.

WEAVE WARDROBE may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons include: the item is out of stock, price errors or no response from the customer.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24hours of placing an order.

However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if we have initiated the process of shipping after confirmation from customer.

There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day / Express Delivery category.

What is your Shipping Policy?

*The delivery charges are Rs.250/-. All orders are handled within two to three business days.

*On weekends or holidays, orders are not sent or delivered. Shipments may be delayed by a few days if we are experiencing many orders. Please allow for extra travel days for delivery.

*We will notify you by email or phone if there will be a major delay in the dispatch of your item.

What are your Terms of Service?

By using our website weavewardrobe.com you agree to be and are bound by these Terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms whenever needed, so we advise you to go through them each time that you use the site. If you buy products from our site, our Terms and Conditions will apply to your purchase. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you should not proceed. What payment methods do you accept?

*We accept a variety of payment methods, including Pay fast, Direct Bank Payment, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

*Pay fast is a popular online payment gateway that allows customers to pay using their credit or debit card.

*Direct Bank Payment allows customers to transfer money directly from their bank account to ours.
This is a secure and convenient way to pay.

*COD is a payment option that allows customers to pay for their order in cash when it is delivered.

*This is a convenient option for customers who do not have credit or debit cards, or who prefer to pay in cash.

What is the Order Cancellation Policy?

What is your Try & Buy Option?

Weave has recently announced the introduction of 'Try and Buy' (T&B), a new service option aimed at breaking the final barrier to shopping fashion online; touch and feel experience. The feature will allow customers to try the products bought online before they purchase it, Try & Buy Option is applicable in Limited Cities.
