Shipping policy

Thank you for considering shopping with WEAVE WARDROBE. We want to make sure that your shopping experience with us is hassle-free, including our shipping policy. Please read our shipping policy below:

  1. Processing Time: We strive to process all orders within 24 working hours after we have received them. However, during peak seasons, processing times may take longer.

  2. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number through email this tracking number can be used to check the status of your shipment at any time.

  3. International Shipping: We offer international shipping to most countries International shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.

  4. Shipping Delays: Usually all shipments are delivered within 5 to 10 business days. However, we are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to inaccurate address, weather issue or carrier delays.

  5. Shipping Restrictions: In case of self-collection or any address where we think that the courier network is not available we demand for advance payment

    ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
    Weave Wardrobe believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
    Under this policy:

    HOW TO REQUEST FOR AN ORDER CANCELLATION?
    To request for an order cancellation please email us the order # with product name, and issue at cs@weavewardrobe.com and our customer care agent will get in contact with you. Alternatively you can WhatsApp us on +92 300 1228575 from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 am - 6:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time).

    You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the product has been shipped, you will receive the tracking information and our "Exchange Policy" will apply.

    WEAVE WARDROBE may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons include: the item is out of stock, price errors or no response from the customer.

    Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if we have initiated the process of shipping after confirmation from customer.

    There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day / Express Delivery category.
